Diploma Thesis called “Methodology Suggestion for the Choosing of Insurance Products for Individuals” deals with Procedure design of selected insurance products for natural persons with regard for their insurance needs and costs. In order to see the differences between clients' real needs and what insurance companies offer I have compared insurance companies statistics with question-forms' results. The question-forms were focused on the needs of clients in insurance. After that I have designed a procedure and algorithm of choice of suitable insurance products for cost optimization for each assurance

Survey and Evaluation of Existing Construction

The diploma thesis deals with the survey and evaluation of the existing structure. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the description of devices and methods used for destructive and non-destructive diagnostics of existing objects. In the practical part, a search of previous surveys and their results is processed, and an own diagnostic survey of the structure is also carried out. Based on the results of the survey, a critical element of the structure is selected and statically assessed, and then a method of statically securing the object is proposed

Estonia in the Shadow of Russian Threat: Is NATO Doing Enough to Assure Its Member?

This thesis is applying the neglected concept of assurance on assuring efforts of NATO towards Estonia. This small Baltic republic lives in a fear of conflict with its Russian neighbour which would be impossible to win without help from abroad. The author asks, whether the effort to assure Estonians, that NATO would come to help in case of conflict is successful and what can be improved. To reveal, whether Estonia is assured, the author conducted research interviews in Tallinn with Estonians from the state administration, military, academics, experts from think-tanks and journalist. To get a full picture, the author also used public opinion polls. The thesis uses the concept of assurance as it was defined by Jeffrey W. Knopf. The concept is understudied and almost not used for empirical research. Importance of assuring allies is rising in contemporary's world and this thesis is trying to fill the research gap and show a possible direction for further research on the assurance of allies. Last but not least, the author is contributing to the debate about the defence of the Baltics.

The bachelor´s thesis "Rituals as a way to facilitate change" deals with the importance of rituals in the child´s life. The theoretical part deals with explain the concept of ritual, the importance of rituals during the development periods, it´s aimed at pre-school period. This part also deals with psychological resilience of child, especially feelings of fear, stress and change. The practical part is made by determining what rituals are used in the kindergarten, how it affects children and how children react to them. It is made by observation research method of rituals in the kindergartens.
